Marion graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours BSc in Biological Science. An avid naturalist, Marion has always had a keen interest in all forms of animal life and was surrounded by a menagerie of different creatures while growing up.
In recent years her career path has gravitated to working with people and their domestic pets. Interests include drawing, writing, hiking and observing the natural world. She lives north of Belwood with her husband, two daughters and an assortment of feathered, furred and finned species.
Pat joined our team in January 2015, as a part time receptionist. She has many cats that she looks after, both her own and strays that live near her. She has lived in town her entire life, and knows many people from working at a pet store until she joined us at the clinic! She is another of the first people you will meet when coming through the door and always has a smile for everyone.
Blair completed a high school co-op with us, and upon completion, we decided to make him a member of our team!
Blair is currently in his last year of highschool, and when finished is interested in studying kinesiology.
Alenna completed a high school co-op with us two years ago, and is now currently studying at the University of Guelph, as she is wanting to become a Veterinarian.
Victoria is studying to become a Veterinarian. She started volunteering at our clinic, and when a position opened up, it was offered to her. She recently adopted a dog named Perry.
Tomato has lived at the clinic since 2001. She is the oldest member of our team. She enjoys visiting with the clients, and sitting on peoples shoulders.
Her sister Rhoda was with us until September of 2016, when she passed away. We then took in Peach, a stray cat that was looking for a home!
Peach is full of energy and has settled into her role as a clinic cat. She has gotten used to having many dogs come in and is quite often running out to greet clients when she hears the door opening.
