What to Expect When You Visit
We look forward to welcoming you and your pet to our clinic! Whether you are visiting us for a routine wellness checkup, health concern, or emergency appointment, we endeavor to make your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible for both of you.
Appointments
Our computerized appointment book allows us to efficiently schedule appointments for you and your pet. Our team will do our best to accommodate scheduling requests whenever possible. We are open late on Wednesdays, and from 8-2 on Saturdays to serve you better!
Before Your Visit
Prior to your appointment, we ask that you fill out the registration forms which can be found here. We also request that you bring any and all medical records for your pet with you on the day of your appointment. Alternatively, you may ask that we contact your previous clinic, or have them forward your records to us.
During Your Appointment
When you arrive at our clinic you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists, who will check your pet in. At this time, your pet will be weighed and any necessary information updated in their file. Following this you will be shown to an exam room, where one of our technicians will take a thorough history and set of vitals on your pet to assist our doctors.
At each appointment, one of our doctors will examine your pet, and discuss their findings and treatment plan with you. An estimate will be provided to you prior to preforming any recommended diagnostics or procedures, and you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered. Many treatments can be provided same-day, or sent home to be administered, while others may be booked for another day, following the appointment. In some circumstances, the veterinarian will refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.
Payments
We accept payment via cash, debit, MasterCard or Visa. In order for us to continue to provide you high quality service, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
Our doctors provide estimates for all diagnostics, surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate prior to a procedure, you are welcome to request one at any time.
